Click the orange ‘Request a Quote’ button at the top of our site.

Fill out the information and upload an image of the data tag along with an image of the unit in need of repair. To expedite the process, be as specific as possible when filling out the ‘Detailed Description of Service’ section at the bottom of the form. We will reach out to you if we have questions.

​

We will then email a packing slip for you to print and include in the box with your repair.

​

Carefully pack and ship your item to us at ProCore Industrial, 250 John Deere Road, Henderson, NC 27537.

Quote

Once received, we will log it into our system and assign a technician to evaluate the service.

​

Within 24-48 hours after we receive your repair, we will send you a quote via email.

​

At this time, you will receive an invitation to create an account. This is optional. However, it is a great way to keep track of quotes, invoices, payments made, repair progress, and shipping information all in one place. You can access the secure customer portal at any time by clicking the ‘My Account’ icon at the top of our website.

​

You can accept the quote by clicking the ‘Accept’ button at the top. Note: For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter the email address on file to open the quote.

Payment

Once you’ve accepted the quote, we will email your invoice. You can pay directly from the invoice by clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button at the top. We accept all major credit cards. Note: If you wish to pay via ACH, please let us know, and we can set that up for you.

Once payment is received, we will begin your repair.​

Repair & Return Shipment

Your unit will undergo troubleshooing and assessments and will be thoroughly tested before and after repairs are complete. Your item is then cleaned using the appropriate chemicals and degreasers to ensure it is in a ready state for immediate installation upon your receipt.

​

Your repair is then packaged using the most suitable packing materials to ensure safe travel. Note: We can return your repair using the major carrier of your choice, prepaid and added to your invoice or collect on your carrier’s account.

​

Throughout the process, we will keep you updated by email and in the secure customer portal of repair progress as well as return shipping information as soon as it’s available.
