What is the cost if there is no problem found?
​While you will be responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping costs, there is no charge for evaluation and testing.
How do I approve a quote?
You will receive your quote by email from sales@procoreindustrial.com. Open the email, and then click the 'View Quote' button or the PDF attachment at the top. ​From there, simply click the 'Accept' button. Note: For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter the email address where the quote was originally sent.​
How do I send in repairs?
We make sending in repairs easy. Once we email your packing slip, just print it and include it in the box with your repair. No RMA needed.
How long will it take to get my item repaired and back to me?
We have a fast 5-10 day turnaround. Evaluations are completed within 24-48 hours.
What are my payment options?
We offer easy online payments and accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept ACH payments. Note: If you'd prefer to pay via ACH, please email us at sales@procoreindustrial.com and we will set that up for you.
How do I pay?
Simply open the invoice you'll receive from sales@procoreindustrial.com. Click on the 'View Invoice' button and tap the 'Pay Now' button at the top. Note: For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter the email address where the quote was originally sent.​
Why set up an account?
Setting up an account makes it easy to keep track of your quotes, invoices, payments, repair progress, and shipping information. You can also accept quotes and pay invoices from inside the secure customer portal.
How do I set up an account?
We make setting up an account easy. Just click here or you can find the 'My Account' button at the top right corner of our website. It looks like this.
From there, go to the bottom and click the 'Sign Up' link. Existing customers can sign in using your existing email address and password. If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot password?' link at the bottom, and you'll receive instructions to reset it.
What is the shipping policy?
All units are packaged with the highest level of care to surpass OEM requirements. All boxes are packed to exceed all carrier standards. We can ship by the major carrier of your choice, prepaid and added to your invoice, or collect on your carrier's account.

Note: ProCore Industrial is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. We recommend you insure your shipment to and from our facility. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to include insurance and the requested amount. Otherwise, we will ship with a major carrier without insurance at your own risk.
What is the warranty policy?
We have one of the best warranties in the industry! We offer an 18-month In-Service Warranty, meaning your repairs are covered beginning on the date the unit is put into service, even if you keep it for a backup until needed.​
