Rewind Procedure

Record & Measure: We meticulously document coil details—wire gauge, span, turn count, number of conductors, grouping, and internal connections.

Coil Removal: Using a pollution-controlled furnace, we gently burn out the old coils under tightly regulated temperatures.

Core Preparation: After extracting deteriorated coils, we media-blast the core to remove residue while preserving its efficiency.

Degreasing: Oil- and grease-soaked laminations undergo high-temperature, pressure-wash treatment with an alkaline cleaner.

Winding New Coils: Replacement coils are spun with VFD-rated magnet wire—essential for motors subjected to variable-frequency drives.

Insulation & Bake: We apply H-class insulation, then dip and cure the windings for maximum dielectric strength.

Integrity Testing: Each motor is analyzed with an AWA winding tester both before and after the rewind to confirm perfect continuity and insulation.
Bearing Renewal
Bearings endure heavy loads and constant friction, making them frequent failure points. To prevent issues like:

Installation damage
We replace all bearings during every overhaul. This proactive step wards off overheating, noise, shaft misalignment, and potential motor breakdowns.
Dynamic Balancing
Rotors or armatures that aren’t balanced will vibrate at operating speed, leading to broken mounts, rapid bearing deterioration, and even winding damage. We dynamically balance every rotating assembly, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life.
